We are writing to ask for your help. As a group we have been operating in Forres for 110 years due to the dedication of our community giving up their time to keep all sections running. We now find ourselves in the position of needing a new treasurer, new leaders and assistants in order to keep all our sections running smoothly and to comply with safety regulations.
If you think you would like to find out more about how you can help please can you get in touch with our GSL John Innes at: firstname.lastname@example.org

1st Forres Scouts – The Call for Old Members!
Started in 1908 the Forres Troop have continued for the past 110 years as a part of the community, holding events, helping in the community and most importantly giving the boys and girls of Forres an opportunity to pick up life skills like to no other.
2018 is the 110th Anniversary of the 1st Forres Scouts and as such we are looking for old members & leaders to get back in contact with old pictures/stories/trophies – we are building up an archive of all this Forres Scouts as a display to remember all those who have played a part in making the group what it is today.
If you do have any old photos/stories or anything of that sort please get in contact with us! Your help makes our special anniversary celebrations even more special!
Keep an eye out both online here, the “Forres: Then and Now” facebook page and in the Gazette for what we get up to this year.
You can contact any of our leaders, our Group Scout Leader – John Innes or our Chairperson Jenny Davies
